LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

1/2 KM to  Lac Superieur, take a 10 km hike or run around the lake , kayak, canoe, swim, fish. This lake does not allow motorized boats.


SKIING: Mont-Tremblant offers some of the most exhilarating skiing east of the Rocky Mountains (voted #1 ski resort in Eastern North America for the seventh year in a row by readers of Ski Magazine). Buy ski passes from COSTCO at a reduced rate you get your lift ticket, lunch and 1/2 off rentals. OR discounts to members of the National Capital SKi club www.ncskiclub.ca for both Tremblant and Mont Blanc.
Mont Blanc is 18 kms from the chalet and an excellent family-oriented ski centre. Cross country trails within our development, at Mont Tremblant Park and Mont Tremblant Village

SKATING-on Lac Miroir in the Pedestrian Ski Village or Lac Moore where the city maintains a rink on the lake free of charge. Call 1 819 425-3300 for more information.

SWIMMING: Heated pool in summer in our development; Lac Superieur, La Source Aquaclub (indoor and outdoor) in South side Village, pristine lakes/beaches at Mont Tremblant Park, public access at the lake Old Mont Tremblant Village surrounded by the mountains. Aqua Park at St. Sauveur

GOLF: Some of the continent’s best golfing is available just minutes away, including seven international calibre golf courses: the Royal Laurentien, Masters, Arundel, Manitou, La Belle & La Bête at Gray Rocks: www.grayrocks.com/en/golfLaBete.htm or www.grayrocks.com/en/golLaBelle.htm and the Géant and the Diable at Mont-Tremblant: www.mont-tremblant-golf.com.  

CYCLING: Bring your own bicycles or rent them at the South side village. The area is surrounded with spectacular cycling trails:St Jovite, to Old Tremblant, to South side Village, St. Faustin and more. Check P'tit Nord Trail.

LE SPA SCANDINAVE: Less than 20 minutes away, this is a fabulous place for relaxing after a day golfing or skiing. www.scandinave.com

MONT-TREMBLANT PROVINCIAL PARK: If you are looking to relax, do some nature observation, or some adventure hiking, rock climbing or snow shoeing, you couldn't ask for a more spectacular place. MONT-TREMBLANT VILLAGE: The exciting Mont-Tremblant village is just 18km away on the South side of Mont-Tremblant. Restaurants abound, shopping, luging, mini-golf, free outdoor concerts in the summer and of course skiing in the winter (both down hill and cross country). Taking the Gondola up in the fall to see the fall colors is spectacular. There is also Acrobranche (zip lines) and much, much more! See www.tremblant.ca.

CASINO DE MONT TREMBLANT: A new attraction at Tremblant. Even if you don't gamble, take the NEW gondola over to this new area free, and check out the gorgeous landscaping. The centrepiece in a mountain crown, this welcoming upscale establishment is a sparkling gem in a stunning natural setting.
